Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private terrace is suitable for 6-8 persons. It is located in the beautiful, residential area with its own garden, in the really quiet street. Private parking place inside the building is a huge advantage /reservation in advance, please/.
The apartment is a Maisonette type and it is a part of a new building Residence Břevnov in the vicinity of which there are many parks including Strahov district, Petřín hill, or Kajetánka castle garden.
Trams and bus lines are in the close proximity of the apartment – the tram n. 22 is an ideal lane for discovering the historical centre. Up to 5 minutes by tram you will be in the Prague Castle! The airport "Václav Havel" is up to 15 minutes by car.

Little description:
It is a Maisonette type apartment, that consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs, / 1* double bed in the 1st bedroom, 2* single beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2x single beds in the 3rd bedroom/ - all these rooms have an acces to the terrace. One bedroom has an entrance to the dressing-room. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet and a toilet.

Downstairs, there is a huge living room with flexible pull-out sofas for another 4 persons and fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, stove top, coffee machine Nespresso, electric kettle, and all the kitchen utilits incl. pots and pans. There is a big dinig table as well. Each part of the apartment has a terrace acces - overlooking the city or the garden in the backyard. There is another bathroom as with a shower and toilet downstairs.

Non-smoking apartment. WIFI is suitable in the whole area.
When handing over the keys, a security deposit of € 400 / CZK 10,000 is required to cover any damages, violation of the smoking ban or domestic rules and in case of loss of the keys /.

How can I cancel my booking?
