It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers, sleeps four, with a bright living-dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The complex has a communal pool and a garage. A few minutes' walk from beaches, restaurants and the seafront promenade, and 20 min from Dalt Vila. Interior design by Homeclub Design.

Exterior apartment with 126 m² built area (including an 18 m² terrace), located on the third floor, with elevator, of a residential complex. Living / Dining Area
Bright and spacious area integrating the living and dining room, with a contemporary corner sofa, designer coffee table, light wood TV cabinet and a large built-in bookshelf that adds functionality and character. The dining area features a rectangular solid wood table, upholstered chairs and an auxiliary bench. Large windows connect directly to the terrace, ideal for relaxing or hosting guests.
Kitchen
Open-concept kitchen with designer furniture and integrated appliances, fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and kitchenware, plus small appliances (toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner).
Bedrooms
The master bedroom features a king size bed (1.80 x 2 m), two bedside tables and wall lamps. The second bedroom offers two single beds (0.90 x 2 m) and two bedside tables.
Bathroom
Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, featuring stone finishes and matte black fixtures. One is en-suite with the master bedroom and the other serves the second bedroom and also functions as a guest toilet.
Terrace
Spacious private terrace of 18 m² with light wood flooring and vertical panels that provide privacy without compromising natural light. Equipped with a round table and natural fiber chairs, plus two circular sofas upholstered in neutral tones, ideal for dining outdoors or relaxing.
Guest access
The apartment features air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, integrated appliances and small appliances) and a private 18 m² terrace. The residential complex has a communal pool, a garage space and landscaped areas.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Strict (30-days)
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
