Welcome to my beachfront apartment! This home has been part of my family's story since my grandfather bought it in 1970. At the time, it was one of the very first buildings on the seafront, when the coastline was still lined with villas. Although the area has changed over the years, one thing has remained the same: the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, which still amazes me every time I step onto the balcony.

This year, the apartment came into my care, and I have been thoughtfully enhancing it while preserving its original character and the warm atmosphere that has made it a special place for generations. My goal is to offer guests a comfortable, welcoming home that combines authenticity with the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

The apartment

Located on the ground floor of a quiet beachfront building, the apartment offers:

- Three comfortable bedrooms.
- Two bathrooms.
- A bright living room with panoramic sea views.
- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals.
- A front balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and a rear balcony.
- High-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work, video calls, or streaming.
- A private parking space for one car.

Thanks to its beachfront location, the apartment benefits from refreshing sea breezes throughout much of the year, creating a naturally pleasant indoor environment.

The location

The beach is just steps from the building. From the apartment, you can enjoy a spectacular seafront promenade stretching for around 5 kilometres in one direction—perfect for walking, jogging, cycling, or watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean.

Supermarkets are approximately 500 metres away, and you'll find a wide variety of cafés, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance, allowing you to enjoy Armação de Pêra without needing to use your car.
