De woning ligt in de wijk Benimaclet, een rustige woonwijk met een goede bereikbaarheid, een gezinsvriendelijke sfeer en alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik. Er zijn drie slaapkamers: de hoofdslaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed (150 cm), een eigen badkamer en toegang tot een klein privébalkon; en twee eenpersoonsslaapkamers, perfect voor kinderen, gasten of als werkkamer. Daarnaast is er een tweede complete badkamer in de gang. De woon-eetkamer is ruim en licht, met directe toegang tot een balkon waar u heerlijk buiten kunt zitten. De aparte keuken is volledig uitgerust (servies, koffiezetapparaat, wasmachine, enz.) en beschikt over een bijkeuken/wasruimte. De gehele woning is voorzien van centrale airconditioning (warm/koud), wat het hele jaar door comfort garandeert. De locatie is uitstekend: op enkele minuten van de universiteiten (Universiteit van Valencia en Polytechnische Universiteit), het universitair ziekenhuis (Hospital Clínico) en de Jardines del Real (Viveros). In de directe omgeving vindt u supermarkten, apotheken, bakkerijen, cafés, restaurants, sportscholen en scholen. Uitstekende bereikbaarheid met het openbaar vervoer: metrolijnen 3, 4, 6 en 9 (haltes Benimaclet en Facultats), diverse EMT-buslijnen (11, 70, C3, L112A en L112B) en een fietspad in dezelfde straat. How can I cancel my booking?
