Fitness facilities in the tower include a gym in Paramount Tower 3 which features modern equipment that includes trainers and yoga teachers as well. The tower also has a temperature-controlled swimming pool with changing rooms. There are steam rooms and a sauna room in the tower too.

The tower has meeting rooms, a community centre and business centres where official events can be held.
