The furnished room has approx. 20 sqm, very bright (2 big and heigh windows), bed (140x200cm), wardrobe, large desk and chair. It is located on the 1. floor without elevator,10th district Vienna Favoriten.

Shared use: kitchen, bathroom (with tub and washing machine) and toilet.
WC and bathroom are separate.

The flat has 3 separat bedrooms.

Fantastic location, very good infrastructure and public transport connections.
U1 Reumannplatz or U1-Keplerplatz, buses 7A, 14A, 65A,66A,67A, 68A, 68B,70A and tramway Nr. 0, 6, 11 are 3-5 minutes on foot.
Südtiroler Platz main train station Hauptbahnhof is 1 station, with subway Nr. 1 (U1) you need 6 minutes to Karlsplatz
TU University Vienna, 8 minutes to the city center Stephansplatz, Schottentor (Main University of Vienna) is 12 minutes away (1x change with U2).
By bike to the main train station Südtiroler Platz 3 minutes.
Belvedere Palace and Museum Vienna is 5 minutes by bike.
IMBA - Institute is 15 minutes by bike.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
