Its a nice place in a good area. I really liked the rooftop terrace. the city centre is easy to reach with the nearby trainstation. There is a small supermarket nearby but you have to climb a big hill to get there. So I mostly did my groceries in the city centre.

João is very kind and responds fast. Thank you!

Neighborhood
Its very calm, but when the windows are openend you can hear the planes and trains. There is a nice park. There are quite some hills around.

About me

HI, my name is João, I am 47 years old, father of 3 young children. I am an architect, but last 15 years I have been dedicated to a company I started in tourism. This house was my first investment with some friends, we refunished the full building, and each of house owns one flat. Between selling back or lease, we decided to lease, as it seemed market was getting value. I love outdoor activities, and travelling. I own small vintage camper van and love hitting the road with the children when we all can (not that often).
