No issues during the stay; the apartment was spotless—just like in the photos—and the owners responded very quickly.

Neighborhood
No problems, very quiet.

We really liked the flat and the location. The communication was very good and easy.

Miki and Anna were amazing and friendly landlords who were very communicative and accommodating every step of the way. The apartment was as described and located in a cute residential neighbourhood easily accessible by public transit. Thank you so much Miki and Anna for having us!

Neighborhood
Convenient, close to a subway station with many train, tram, bus options, lots of cute cafes and restaurants, residential with families living in the atea and quiet at night.

Incredible experience living in this apartment! An absolute joy getting to know both Anna and Michael! They were incredibly helpful whenever I needed something and they would check in from time to time to make sure everything was good with the apartment. All very appreciated.

Additionally, this apartment is in such a great location and I felt really safe. As someone who studied at Charles University for a semester, living here made this experience that much more great.

Neighborhood
Lovely. Absolutely lovely. Quiet and peaceful but if you ever want some noise and meet people, it is possible to find that in this area. Great resturants (La Farma was my favorite)

Jiriho Z Podebrad Square - this area was my absolute favorite. It had some of the best local cafes where I did work and a great park that hosted markets.

We loved the centrality, cosiness, spaciousness and variety the apartment offered. There was everything that one needed. The communication with the owner was one of the best I have ever had. Nothing seemed to be a problem, and everything was swiftly resolved.

It was even better than expected

Skvěly byt, výborná komunikace s majitelem. Doporučuji.

Honest answer the flat was great. I had no real problems with it and the landlord and landlady were easy to get into contact with and quite friendly. My only comment would be getting the small hob fixed on the oven but honestly that is really minor and just something to remember getting sorted for the next people to come in.

I liked the apartment a lot. It’s spacious and equipped with everything you need. Even though it’s situated a bit far off the city center you can reach public transports easily. The contact with the landlord was effortless as she was always available.

Neighborhood
It’s very village-like. Streets are not busy. The next store is approximately 10 min away by foot. Also you can take walks easily through the near by forest.

hezky, dobre vybaveny byt a mila pronajimatelka

Hello, It was flawless experience being in that home. If we have found any issue, owner was always there to co-operate with us. One can definitely go and rent that place. In future, If I´ll again need a place, will keep that home as 1st Option.

Thanks.

Rychlé a příjemné jednání, vše co se domluvilo sedělo. Byt ve skutečnosti stejný jako na fotkách.

Vše ok, doporučuji.
