It's a nice flat, really practical. We loved the location, easy to reach the public transport, but very little traffic.

We stayed a couple of weeks for smartworking and felt at home. Luis immediately gave us directions to places to see and where to eat, and as soon as we arrived mum brought us a very good banana helmet. We'll be back, sure.

It was fine except the premature termination of our contract which led to some housing issues for us.

Booking management was great. Place location is great. Food is great. People are great. I had a good stay over the month. Thank you,

Unique apartment in a great location with everything you need. Only downside is the sewer smell so you need to keep a window open.

This was, hands down, one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. Not only is it modern, clean, and functional - but the owners also left a homely, personal touch in the details: from the small selection of local food, to the beach towels provided, and even a small rose made of cotton pads in the bathroom. The apartment looks bigger and brighter in person than in the photos. We felt like there was plenty of space for us to live and work for a month, and it never felt too tight. What is also not shown: plenty of storage space, and a laundry room where one can store their suitcase. The location was also great, and while there was no free parking in the apartment, there are free parking spaces only a short walk away. A small supermarket is nearby, and so is the farmers market for fresh fruit and veggies. Paulo (José) was friendly and very polite, and very forthcoming with suggestions for our stay here.

Very spacious house in a relaxing and quiet location near the coast in a cute village. Comfy furniture, great bed and well equipped kitchen. The weather wasn’t the best when we were there but else you could enjoy the big sunny terrace where you can clearly hear the sea. It was our first time via Flatio and only stayed there for 1,5 weeks so just keep in mind to buy/take some things yourself like garbage bags, washing powder, detergent, etc. Can definitely recommend the place!

Katila was super nice and helpful, not only sending us info about cool places to visit in Lisbon, but also buying us the basics like eggs and cheese since we had a late night arrival. Moreover, I texted her not to buy bread at all since I’m gluten free and she bought gluten free bread instead, I actually feel so heard!!! We‘re beyond grateful. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need. The patio was also a cool spot to have breakfast in when the weather was nice.

We spent 5 perfect days at Refugio da Casinha. The apartment is equipped with everything needed: a complete kitchen, a new bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, we had rainy days, but there is also a cozy terrace where to have breakfast or dinner :) The location is really good for visiting the northern part of the island, as well as the south, as Sao Vicente is well connected to Funchal and the south coast. We highly recommend this relaxing place in Madeira!

The apartment is great. The only downsides are : not a lot of natural light, a nightclub very close holding orties during the nights between Wednesday to sunday.

Living in the apartment is a wonderfull experiene With every thought and attention given to ensure a relaxing and super comfortable stay and a cosy homely feel . From the uplifting decor and lighting to the hand art drawing and paintings on the wall , to the wide range of Books with the Wild plants and flowers and the Archeology of Turkey my particular go to during my stay. Light and bright by day with great WiFi for remote working The balcony most welcoming too sitting looking out towards the marina and the Sea particularly beautiful and hearing the ever gentle waves at night also sitting Looking out and upto the Mountains and the mountain breeze with Candles and solar lights . Not forgetting the Nepalese flags which are also a good landmark for my first days exploring and returning .Sustainably Solar powered and good AC A Peacefull enviroment within the apartment and outside living with the Community in beautifull Finike I highly recommend Anna is an Amazing landlady with a beautifull soul . She was always available to answer any questions queries and translation help I had and super helpfull sending links to help my orienteering of the City. From the very beginning kindly offering and organising my car transfers from and to Antalya Airport with a reputable company and a.great driver whom understood and spoke English .
