Very nice place to stay close to nature. Quiet. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment has everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment is amazing. It is safe and quite. It is also very close to many restaurants and cafes. It is 5 minutes walk to Metro. There is farmers market in 3-4 minutes walking distance and also a wonderful park 5 minutes walk where you can watch the sunset. Eliska (the host) is amazing. She is very responsive and helpful. She helped me whenever I need something. I totally recommend this apartment.

The property's location is perfect—right in the heart of everything. Whether you want to explore historic sites, museums such as the Gulbenkian museum, which is barely a 5-minute walk, enjoy the vibrant local dining scene, or just take a leisurely stroll through charming streets, you’ll find it all just steps away. The property itself is spotless—immaculately clean and clearly maintained with great care. Everything felt fresh and well-kept, from the linens to the bathroom. You can really tell cleanliness is a priority here, which added so much peace of mind to the stay. Additionally, the surrounding area has everything one could possibly need. Cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, gyms and public transportation are all conveniently close. It made getting around and enjoying daily life incredibly easy. All in all, this was a five-star experience, and Matilde was the heart of it. We would return in a heartbeat—and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, centrally-located place with an exceptional host.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. It has everything to cook :) <3 Although it’s being renovated at the moment, there’s a fantastic supermarket right across the street. I lived in it around 6 months, I'll miss it. <3

Jéssica was a truly fantastic host – exceptionally responsive, helpful, and made the entire check-in process seamless. The apartment on Rua Conde Sabugosa exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The location is incredibly convenient. While the street itself is pleasantly quiet, it’s just a short walk from the Roma metro station (Green Line), making city-wide travel effortless. A huge advantage is the proximity to the Roma-Areeiro train station, which was perfect for weekend day trips. The neighborhood itself has a wonderful local feel, with great traditional cafés and shops nearby. It's an ideal spot for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-connected base in Lisbon. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book again!

El studio es muy bonito y está bien equipado para pasar una estadia larga. La ubicación es genial, con negocios/restaurantes muy bonitos a pocos minutos y hay varios supermercados cerca también. La terminal de buses a menos de 10 minutos, la playa a 2 minutos a pie. La verdad nos gustó un montón y Nancy fue siempre simpática y estuvo a disposición durante toda la estadia:)

The apartment was very nice and looked just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was amazing. Branka was great and extremely helpful with any questions or needs I had. I stayed 2 months and it felt like home. Got my daily exercise in - just note no elevator.

I stayed in Iva's accommodation for 2 months. The room was spacious and the accommodation quite functional. The flat has excellent transport links (bus and tram nearby). Iva is very responsive and is there if you need her.

Talán a legjobb lakás, amit eddig foglaltam! Komplex, comfortos, tiszta, felszerelt! Közel van mindenhez! Különböző nemzetiségek éttermei 2 percre. Tömegközlekedés 2 percre, innen bárhová könnyen el lehet jutni! Valamint a szomszédok is nagyon kedvesek, biztonságos környezet, nagyon jó szomszédok! Biztos vagyok benne, hogy nagyon sokáig fog hiányozni "Alexa"!

I really enjoyed my time at the Tortuga Studio and Victoria is such an amazing hostess. She was extremely responsive and attentive and taking care of any issues that would come up at an incredible speed. The studio itself is incredibly cozy, newly built & furnished, tastefully decorated and, most importantly, only a 3 min walk away from the beach itself. This is an incredible deal, since it is possible to just jump over there and enjoy the sea in no time. Also, the Internet connection is extremely reliable and I had no issues whatsoever working remotely, taking both videocalls and uploading files. It is true that there is no proper workstation at hand, but just using the cushions and the provided chairs I managed to make it comfortable for myself. Then, the connection to Burgas is also quite good, having buses until quite late (11pm/23h) and super frequently (every 15-20min) and for cheap (about 0.80€). Sarafovo, the town where the studio is located, is actually part of Burgas now. Also, the airport is at a walkable distance, if you would like to travel here by plane. All in all, I could explore all around, without needing to have a car, which is a super positive aspect if you don't drive or dislike driving in general. I also rented a bike from a local business and enjoyed riding along the coast for a weekend. This was incredibly fun and would also recommend. It is possible to ride all the way down to a bridge on the other side of the Burgas Bay following the official bike lane. You can also reach some remote beaches over there. There are also frequent buses to Varna, Nessebar, Sozopol and Sunny Beach. To go to Nessebar and Sunny Beach you don't even need to go to Burgas at all to catch them. I'd specificalle recommend both Nessebar and Sozopol to explore. They are quite beautiful. Regarding groceries, there is a really good fruit shop very nearby on the main street and with amazing service I was always going to. Since I'm vegetarian, I don't usually go to eat out in smaller places like this one in the Balkans. But it was perfect. The kitchen had everything that was needed (Victoria even bought a microwave that I requested) and there is also a bigger supermarket, a Billa, at a walkable distance. So, all in all, the place has it all. Like I said, I really spent some amazing holidays here. If I were to name any downside, I'd say that the building felt a bit noisy sometimes (at least, during the summer time). Some nights I could hear the neighbors talking until late or there was some hammering around the walls taking place during the day (I might have been a bit unlucky regarding this. They were not that frequent, luckily enough). Also, the studio is located right next to the entrance of the building, so it felt kind of exposed and in the evening I could always hear people coming and going. But I guess this is the normal thing in this kind of newly built holiday resorts / aparthotels. And I must admit I'm quite sensitive to noise myself and really value my privacy. All in all, it is a great deal. I would sincerely recommend it
