I was happy to stay at Michaela's apartment. Decorated rooms, quiet place, ideal location for walks, pleasant hosts. I definitely recommend it.

Really nice little cozy flat

It was ultimately a good experience of rent. Marta and Jean are the best landlords we have met - they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is fully prepared for the tenants and has everything you need. It is cozy, clean, and furnished with taste. It was a pleasure to come back there after a long day, to stay home and work or just chill. Perfect location with the gym, pool, table tennis, and grill space on the rooftop is perfect for any activities you like. The location is super close to the beautiful beaches of Caparica, but also in a quiet area. Marta and Jean were very thoughtful and gave us a well-prepared Google map with cool cafes and restaurants that locals enjoy. We visited almost all and they deserve your attention indeed. If you want to have a great time in Lisboa and the area, this apartment is exactly what you would love.

I stayed for 2 months with Zuzana. The building was quiet, clean, and very close to the metro. I enjoyed my time greatly.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment in Budapest. The location is absolutely excellent, situated in a charming neighborhood that is both vibrant and quiet. It is ideally positioned with easy access to public transport, making it a breeze to explore the city. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk from the famous New York Cafe and only 2 minutes from the Budapesti Árpád-házi Szent Erzsébet cathedral, one of the most stunning churches in Budapest, surrounded by a peaceful garden. This hidden gem is a must-see when visiting the city. The apartment itself is entirely newly renovated and incredibly comfortable. It features high-end appliances and air conditioning, ensuring a modern and pleasant living experience. The interior is tastefully decorated with a bohemian, cozy vibe that makes it feel just like home. The layout is thoughtfully designed, maximizing both space and comfort with high-quality furniture that adds to the overall charm. You can see that only highest quality materials have been chosen, like for instance the massive 10- person wooden dining table or the super comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. Together with the super fast Wi-Fi, a huge 70 inches screen TV, the great coffee machine and many other details it made my stay one of the best experiences in Europe so far. Moreover, the landlord is exceptionally friendly and responsive, always available to assist with any queries or concerns. The surrounding area is a pulsing, contemporary hotspot filled with new-wave coffee shops, boutique restaurants, and design stores. Despite its rapid evolution, the area feels very quiet and is filled with charming local spots, making it convenient to get anything you might need during your stay. Overall, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Budapest. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and highly recommend this flat for short term rentals.

I recently stayed at Katerina's apartment, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as listed: very large and bright, providing a comfortable and spacious living area. The neighborhood is lovely, adding to the overall positive experience. Katerina was an exceptional host. She was very kind and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The rent was perfect ! We came for the hungarian GP with 4 friends and the place was great ! Thanks to Edina and her advice we have spent 5 days of our joyness. Go for it without hesitation !

The house has good facilities and it’s a nice place to stay for a longer period of time. The landlord is very friendly and kind. Everything you might need to buy is close by walking.

Excellent flat! Larger and more spacious than the pictures show. There is an extra storage room that is not shown in the pictures. The main bedroom is quite a large room that has a couch in it, but not shown in pictures. Landlord was very responsive to any questions. I had no issues with the flat and I would absolutely stay there again. AC in the kitchen works well, keeps the main room and main bedroom cool enough in summer. The second bedroom get's quite warm, but there is a portable fan. Laundry machine works well. Elevator to 4th floor then have to walk up the 5th level, very wide stairs. Stayed there for 2.5 months and I highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks and loved the location. Many cafes, restaurants and attractions a short walk away. The apartment was spotless and seemed as if it had been recently renovated. The WiFi strength was very fast for remote work. Carlos was quick to respond if we needed anything. The only downside was the mold smell (pillows, mattress, couch) which I’m sure the owner will resolve after our feedback. Otherwise, this place is a gem and great value.

Excellent experience overall. Stayed here for almost 3 months with no issues. Check in and check out was very straight forward. Communication with the landlord were easy, and he was always fast to respond. Would stay here again.
