We really enjoyed our week at Eduardo's flat. The absolute perfect location for exploring Cadiz, 2 great beaches within a 20 mins walk, numerous delicious restaurants nearby (Casa Lazo and Taberna El Cirio being our two favorites) and an amazing cafe (Levante Cafe) right out front. The apt was incredibly comfortable and Eduardo was a kind, responsive host. We had a 10/10 experience and hope to be back.

The apartment offers very good conditions. Romano was always available to support during the stay even nothing special was required since the apartment is very well equipped. The area around the apartment is great with the train station very close, only a supermarket walking distance is missing for daily needs, and there are several construction works going on which makes the area look a bit messy.

Это был 14 раз что я была в Праге и последние 8 раз снимала квартиры. Я осталась в полном восторге.
С первых минут чувствуется покой и защищённость. Квартира очень уютная и комфортная для прживания.
Хозяйка не только хороший человек и приятная в общении но и талантлефый дизайнер. В квариере продумано все до мелочей, в ней есть всё что нужно и даже больше... Единственный минус - никуда не хочется выходить 🥰
Расположение удобное, трамвайная остановка рядом с домом, до старого центра можно добраться мение чем за пол часа.
Я однозначно буду сюда возвращаться.
P.S. Мой самолёт вылетал из Праги в 12 ночи и Адэла любезно позволила мне остаться в квартире до вечера 💞

I had a wonderful stay in this beautifully furnished apartment. It is very well equipped, making it an ideal place for working as well as relaxing.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while still offering a great mix of bars and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance.
Rui and Sofia were excellent hosts and provided me with all the information I needed.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Zofia's place for three weeks while we were working remotely in Budapest. It is close to public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The rooms are well-maintained and have all the essentials for daily life. Neighbors are always friendly and quiet. I will recommend it.

A nice apartment with all one might need, seemed recently reconstructed, conveniently located with great connection to the city centre yet close to nature. Kitchen was well-equipped and the small touches like dishsoap, dishtowel and others were a truly appreciated. Zero problem with communication, check-in and check-out too.

The apartment is very spacious and has almost everything you need. It has nice views, the host is really responsive and there even is a parking space in the downstairs garage. In summer it is hot, but the windows can be fully opened. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very good place to stay. Good placement of apartment near to transport and easy to get a lot of major places on foot.
I would recommend that place.
The only thing I should mention is that unfortunately I got situation where I need to leave Budapest earlier, I asked Bernadette to make agreement and make some refund for me ,since flatio rules doesn't allow to terminate earlier then 30 days and Bernadette doesn't agree , first she said that is not possible because of Flatio rules, but when I noticed that is possible by manual agreement of both sides, she said that she doesn't agree. That was quite unpleasant, because my situation, due to which I had to leave earlier, was also accompanied by a refusal to return.

Pohodlný čistý byt v mestskom dome, tichá lokalita, balkón otočený do dvora, rýchly internet, 1. poschodie. Výborná komunikácia s majiteľkou. Lokalita má výborné spojenie električkou aj metrom do všetkých častí Prahy. V oblasti Karlovho námestia je veľa bežných obchodov (lekáreň, drogéria, potraviny) aj reštaurácií.
Bol som už druhýkrát, odporúčam.

El piso de Coco es muy agradable, completo y totalmente funcional: está bien equipado y no nos ha faltado nada durante la estancia. Se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila y, al mismo tiempo, con acceso muy fácil al transporte público, bancos, farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios.

Coco ha sido siempre muy atenta y comunicativa. En las dos ocasiones en que necesitamos su intervención, resolvió ambas situaciones con rapidez y de forma totalmente satisfactoria. La recomendamos sin dudarlo.

Propre à l'arrivée, lumineux, calme alors qu'il est en plein centre ville. Il est équipé de l'essentiel pour un studio.
