Sonia genuinely cares about her guests and goes the extra mile to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels comfortable throughout their stay. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to providing a positive experience made a real difference. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a priority, and this creates a welcoming and stress-free environment. As for improvements, I honestly cannot think of anything significant. Everything was excellent for me, and my stay fully met my expectations. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and enjoyable stay in Lisbon.
