Good customer service. The owner's 'rules' were different to the rules in the contract. I'd suggest Flatio clarify with owners that they should not be permitted to do this.

The services were great. I called once during the power outage during non operating hours and was followed up that day with a call from a rep making sure everything was good.

The only thing I would mention as an area for improvement is the lack of a dedicated mobile application for iOS or Android, which would make the experience even more convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend Flatio to others looking for accommodation abroad.
