The website user experience is one of the poorest I've come across, it's very glitchy and area deducted to managing the user's tenancy isn't intuitive and navigation through the options isn't user friendly. Also logging in process is ALWAYS faulty, never works on first attempt nevermind using the login through Google option.
Also the absence of an app for tenants can be pretty annoying, having to check the website on the browser continuously, since receiving notifications from your landlord isn't possible and having to think about downloading the contract in advance since without an app there would not be an access to it in cases the user is offline (which occurs often when travelling).
The one experience I had with customer service was very nice and I got a good and caring service.

Flatio tvrdí, že jsou zobrazené ceny konečné, což není pravda. Já jsem po příjezdu musela platit dodatečný poplatek za úklid, o kterém jsem se dozvěděla až po zaplacení ubytování. Bylo to 800 CZK, což není malá částka.

Co se tyce komunikace,, Flatio opravdu se vsem pomuze. Flatio pomohl mi castecne vyresit problem: volali majiteli a vysvetlovali situace, ale nepomohli mi s nahradnim ubytovanim. A zrejme jak je napsano na Vasich strankach, ze znate kazdy byt a ze je tam vse jak popsano, to tak neni. Byla jsem velmi zklamana, protoze musela jsem rychle najit ubytovani, stehovat se a jeste zaplatit za ty dni, co jsem tam byla.
