I offer a private bedroom (10.9 m²) for long-term lease in an apartment with three separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and hall (total floor area of 72.9 m²). The offered bedroom has a small balcony and windows oriented to the south into a quiet courtyard as well. The apartment is located on the third floor on an excellent address on the borderline of New Town and Karlín quarters. If you are not a fan of up the stairs run, there is a brand new elevator in the building.

- spacious hall and dining room (12.2 m2) with a large built-in wardrobe and dining table,
- state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with glass-ceramic cooktop panel, electric oven, refrigerator, mixer, microwave, kettle, and dishwasher that even Gordon Ramsey would envy,
- bathroom with large bathtub, wash-basin, and washing machine,
- and a separate toilet.
The bedroom is currently equipped with a spacious built-in wardrobe where you can fit everything you need and, new lamp, queen size bed (160 cm; eventually sofa if desired). Nevertheless, the bedroom can be (re-)equipped with furniture based on our mutual agreement and your requirements as well as I am considering continuous refurnishment of the entire apartment.
The bedroom is ideal for a young working person or student, that does not have a pet or smoke and that appreciates proximity of exquisite restaurants, pubs, and bars as well as parks and Štvanice island, where you can stretch your body, enjoy sunshine or hold a grill party with friends. If you like sports and exercise in general, there is a nearby bicycle path along the Vltava river suitable also for jogging. Close on the opposite side there is Vítkov hill, which is an ideal lookout point suitable for long walks and bike rides. If you wish to go to the very center part of the city, which is located barely 10 mins. of lazy walk, you might value tram and subway (lines B & C) station Florenc that is just around a corner and provides superb transport connection into the entire city. In case you decide to take the opposite direction out of the city, bus station Praha Florenc, and Masaryk and Main train stations are nearby. For car owners, there is an option of on-street parking (so-called purlple-zone) just below the apartment windows. You can buy fresh pastry, sausages or vegetables in the nearby Billa or Alber supermarkets located right next to the subway station or in one of many specialized shops located in the near neighbor.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
