This is a unique place designed for you to have privacy within a home, but community within your reach. This is an ideal place for remote workers and digital nomads who are looking to meet other fellow travelers who are also working from home. You are booking a private room with an in suite private bathroom inside a unique apartment with three floors and four bedrooms.
The lobby, the living room and the kitchen are located in the first floor, and the rooms are in the second and the third floors.
The apartment has a homelift elevator to move from floor to floor.
This bedroom area has 12m2. It is equipped with a desk, a desk lamp and a super confortable office executive chair for prolonged working from home hours. Aside from that you also have access to a private in suite bathroom and a private balcony. The balcony has a table, for if you want to catch some sunlight and freshair while you read or for if you want to work outside.
Aditionally, a smart TV with a Netflix and HBO accounts logged in are provided, as long as cable TV, for complete entertainement.
Other amenities such as coffee maker, iron, iron board and survival kit are provided in the room.
I provide housekeeping, bed linen and fresh towels every 14 days, so all you need to worry about is your trip to Porto.
I live in this house, this is my home. I work from home for a company and at the same time I am building a real estate business on the side.

The room was very clean, and everything was exactly accurate as shown in the photos and the house description. Uncomplicated. Daniel was very helpful and welcoming, and I had zero issues while staying here. Although it's co-living, I could secure my privacy, and the balance between privacy and the sense of living with someone was perfect for me. The kitchen is always kept clean, and all the tools I needed were there. Especially I liked that the fridge had a water purifier so I could drink cold purified water anytime.

Wifi works perfectly, and the chair was just perfect for a long hour of working on a laptop. You have a smart TV with Netflix which is a big plus. Highly recommended for digital nomads/solopreneurs working online.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see the flat personally before signing?

Why would you waste time on personal apartment tours? Just use our virtual tour, which allows you to visit several flats in a just a few minutes, and you don't even have to leave your house.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
