My place is an amazing newly refurbished four bedroom apartment.
The property is located on the Nefelecs utca on the third floor with a room window facing the quite courtyard and three other rooms with street facing.
At the doorstep you will find all conveniences (food stores, take away shops etc.). The night life is just a 15 minute walk away (ruin bars, Városliget)
The whole place can accommodate 8 people (extra beds may be available on request at extra cost).
The apartment has 4 separate bedrooms all with a private entrance. The rooms share a bathroom and also a separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen and a dining areas. This room facing to the street.

You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness, the high ceilings, trendy, newly refurbished to high standards, brand new furniture, clean bed linen and towels on arrival, close to Budapest nightlife. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
Pets are allowed in case of prior agreement with the landlord.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
