The smartly designed room layout contains two separately accessible bedrooms.
One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is a combination of living and sleeping area. It is equipped with a large double bed, a convertible trundle bed, a sitting area with sofa, a small working desk, Smart-TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is very functional and contains dining table, fridge, dishwasher, other kitchen appliances and all necessary kitchen utensils to prepare one of the delicious Viennese recipes. The bathroom comes with shower, washing machine and drying rack.
High-speed Wi-Fi Internet, Smart-TV (for online streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime) with international channels and a working desk create the perfect work environment for being productive and comfortable at any given time.
Towels, bed sheets and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided and will make you feel at home right away.

One monthly cleaning service is included in the monthly rate. Additional weekly cleaning can be added for EUR 30 per week.
We can offer long-term car parking in the close-by (150m) parking garage in Odeongasse 2-4 for a monthly parking fee of EUR 172.
We are happy to welcome pets as well, please note that there is a pet charge of EUR 50 /month.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
