The bedroom has a king size double bed 180/200 cm, with AC.
There is a extendable sofa bed into the living room with dimensions (160/200 cm) and another click clack couch- bed into the study area (100/180) cm . Also there is the AC in the living room and 40" flat TV & 100 Mbt/s internet connection w/wifi. Also there is a small desk, where you can work on your laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped for a mid/long stay. There is a washer and dishwasher.
The building has a parking spots in front and also into the backyard, which are free for the users on premises. The parking is often crowded and free parking could be a challenge, but is possible. The building is situated into "blue zone" paid parking on the street for max 3 hours. Alternatively there is a 2 paid parking zones just near.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
