This lux style apartment is in a very quiet area yet is within walking proximity to the old city center of Split. It is a 5-minute walk to Firule Beach & 7-min walk to Bacvice Beach, Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and the local fruit/veg market that is open daily until 1 pm. Close to the port for easy transport to islands such as Brac, Hvar, Vis etc. and a 25-minute drive to Split airport.
The apartment has everything you would need for a short weekend stay, or longer-term rental.
It has a very cozy and homey feel in the apartment, you will not want to leave it :) You have high-quality AC in the summer months in the living room and heated floors for the winter months. It will always be very clean for your arrival. We ask that you take good care of the place while you are there.
The neighborhood and all of Split is very safe. You will feel safe walking at night as you would during the day.
Everything is within walking distance. If you do not want to walk you can use a taxi or Uber to get from place to place. Uber from the apartment to the old town is $2-4 usd. You will need to take a bus or a taxi from the Airport to get to the apartment.
Gospinica 29. The apartment is up about 10 stairs. Look for the lockbox. The porch light will turn on once you are near the door. You can check-in at whatever time you want after 3pm.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
