The house was remodeled in 2020 and is fully equipped, with wi-fi, cable TV, appliances, towels and bed linen.
On the most central area of Ribamar, next to the chapel and has free public parking, with several restaurants a few meters away famous for their seafood. This area is also served by some supermarkets, cafes, terraces and bars.
An ideal home to enjoy a holiday with family or friends, by the sea, two steps from the beach of Ribeira de Ilhas, known for the ideal conditions for surfing and other sports. The proximity to Lisbon also allows you to discover the Portuguese capital, as well as other tourist towns such as Mafra, Sintra, Cascais and Óbidos.
Ribamar is easily accessible by car, 40 minutes from Lisbon airport on the A21 motorway, as well as on several national roads. In addition, Ericeira is served by buses that connect to one of the main terminals in Lisbon - Campo Grande.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
