This country house where a tea factory was founded in the early twentieth century, is perched on a cliff with stunning views to the sea and to the highest mountain on the island.
It consists of three independent houses, in the same building, sharing an outdoor space with garden, swimming pool and laundry. East House (1 BDR), Middle House (3 BDR) and West House (2 BDR).
The houses were fully restored with a contemporary aesthetics and all modern living requirements.
Each house has its own private deck, with dining table, ideal to watch an unforgettable sunset over the sea.
The Middle House has 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed that can be converted into 2 individual beds, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and 2 desks.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV with over 100 channels and wi-fi.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, kettle and hand-held blenders.

On the outside there is a private deck with a dining table and chairs, facing the sea, where a barbecue is also provided.
At the outdoor shared garden there is a swimming pool, toilet and laundry.
Outside the property there is a free, private, parking lot.

Regarding our guests security we are taking some actions:
Clean and disinfect all surfaces that are touched frequently.
All textiles are washed between guests.
Sofas and decorative pillows are sprayed with an ethanol-based disinfectant.
We reinforce the weekly dose of chlorine in the pool.
We have increased the period between reservations, so that we do not have check-in and check-out on the same day, to properly ventilate the houses and do a thorough cleaning and disinfection.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
