This flat is placed among three amazing parks within walking distance to the TV tower, surrounded by interesting and developing area. The city center is 15 minutes away by direct public transport. The building has no elevator and the apartment is on the 5th floor.
Ohrada tram stop and bus stop right next to the house. Direct tram number 9 to Wenceslas square takes 15 min and the direct bus to Old town takes 18 minutes. Parking place in front of the house for an extra charge approx 20CZK/hour, weekends for free.

Alena is a great landlord, always available to support a tenant's needs and can flexibly adapt to changes and necessitites. She puts great care in the apartment and she keeps taking care of it even during your stay (of course with communication with the tenant). The apartment is extremely comfortable and cozy, very recommended!

Alena is a great host, answered all my questions, and helped a lot during my stay. All things described in the ad were present in the apartment, therefore it is very convenient for a short stay. The apartment is homely and cozy. The district is vibrant and the transportation is excellent, but I actually quite enjoyed long walks when I needed to get to the city center or some other place interesting. Overall, this accommodation is totally money's worth.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is nice, with a lot of places to eat and nice buildings to look at. Close to the railway and bus station, stops of convenient public transportation are nearby, for example, 207 bus. But you can walk as well if you like long walks.

Her apartment is also wonderful, the perfect location outside of the city center but still close enough with a tram stop and grocery store right out front. A nice neighborhood, with mostly locals living there, a lot of restaurants and bars in the area and everything in walking distance.
