The modern and fully equipped apartment is ideal for families or a group of 4 friends. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a historical building with an easy connection to the city centre. It has two bedrooms (1 smaller with a double bed and 1 bigger with a double bed and a foldable sofa bed). There are also two bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen.

The apartment is located near the Hilton Hotel in the area of Karlín and Křižíkova metro station and tram stop with direct lines to the city centre. There are also bars, restaurant and shops in walking distance around.
- Be advised that there is underfloor heating in the flat. You can control it via the digital controllers which are located in each room.
- There is A/C unit in the living room.
- In the kitchen there is an induction stove. First, you need to disable the child lock before using it. It works only if you place pot or pan on it. Never place empty pots and pans on the stove otherwise you may burn it.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
