In just seven minutes you will reach Karlin Square with the neo-Roman Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius, and in nine minutes you will reach the foot of the Vitkov Hill with a nice park, on its top is the National Monument at Vítkov. The Kaizel'sorchards with Baroque Invalidovna are a four-minute walk away. Nearby is also Forum Karlín or Karlín Music Theater.
The location is very easily accessible by public transport. The apartment is located between the stops Urxova and Křižíkova with several tram lines, both of which can be reached in three minutes. Yellow metro line B (station Křižíkova) is a five-minute walk away. If you are traveling by car, you will be pleased to park in the area.
In the neighborhood you will find restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as ATMs, a supermarket or a pharmacy.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed for a month-long stay in February. There is plenty of hot water for a 30-minute shower, despite the size of the hot water heater. The only downside of this apartment is that it can get a bit humid after you've showered and done laundry, so it may be necessary to open the windows to let the apartment air out. Other than that, it's a very comfortable apartment, and it was very clean when I arrived. The landlord is kind and helpful, as is her friend that helps her with the apartment. They both answer questions fairly quickly via text. I do recommend this landlord and this apartment. I would stay here again.

The owner did a great job, considering the limited space. Even though it's a small subdivision of an apartment, it does feel quite independent and has everything, from a full kitchen to a washing machine, and plenty of storage space. It is also very well furnished and decorated, a level of good taste that is uncommon. On the downside, I would say that you will hear the opposite neighbors often, as their bathroom is on the shared hallway (not a big deal, though, and you don't hear them at home). Also, the window opens into a busy intersection. It didn't bother me in winter, but in the hotter months it might be something to consider. The fridge was also rather loud and the freezer section didn't do much. But, overall, it's a cozy, very pretty, compact apartment in an excellent neighborhood.

A great apartment with anything you could possibly need starting from kitchenware to towels and some housekeeping chemicals as well. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of things to do, nice pubs, and supermarkets.
