The 33 m2 studio consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a kitchenette, and a sleeping/living area.
It offers two beds 90/200 cm that can be adapted to sleeping needs (as twin beds or as a double bed). The beds have a quality wooden structure, so in the case of use as a double bed, the beds do not move apart. The studio also has two tables, two chairs, two lamps and two wardrobes. We also provide basic set of dishes and bed linen for each guest.
The building has a laundry room with drying and washing machines, which are available for use under the fee of 60 CZK. There are 2 study rooms and playroom fully at your disposal. Common areas are cleaned 6 days a week and every week the disinfection of common areas takes place as well.
Mop, bucket, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are available to use for free.
The monthly rental price includes all services, energies, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Reception operates from 8 am until 7 pm and then the security guard is present for the whole night.

Note that in case your stay will be shorter than 61 consecutive calendar days, we will ask you to pay the city tax in the amount of 50 CZK/per day/per person upon your arrival.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
