It is situated on a quiet square, yet in a central part of Prague‘s Dejvice area, very close to the public transport stops Dejvická and Vítězné náměstí. The apartment's interior design was carried out by a professional architectural firm. We couldn't have had a better first experience with Flatio. Petr is very helpful and friendly - he has always solved everything above standard for us! The studio is spacious, well equipped and modern. We will miss the evenings by the fireplace and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Fast wifi - we both worked from home. There is everything in the area - food selection, cafes, tram / metro. This apartment simply has everything and we are already looking forward to our return :-)

Nemohli jsme mít lepší první zkušenost s Flatiem. Petr je velmi ochotný a přátelský - nadstandardně pro nás všechno vždy vyřešil! Studio je prostorné a skvěle vybavené, moderní. Večery u krbu nám budou chybět. Nejpohodlnější postel ve které jsme kdy spali. Rychlá wifi - oba jsme pracovali z domu. V okolí je vše - výběr potravin, kavárny, tramvaj/metro. Tenhle byt má zkrátka vše a my se už těšíme, až se vrátíme :-)

Petr is a great landlord. He picked me up from the airport when I flew into Prague, and he also got me some basic groceries to get me started for my stay. I was supposed to be spending 3 months in his apartment, which is beautiful and comfortable, but due to Covid-19 my internship ended very early. Petr was understanding of the circumstances and let me out of my lease, and he continued to check on me to make sure I made it home safe.
As for the apartment, it’s in a great location. The neighbors are quiet, the appliances are new, and the area is really nice. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, really anything you could need. It’s a short walk to a tram stop, and a 10 minute tram ride to the Malá Strana area.
When I return to Prague, whenever that may be, I’m hoping Petr is still leasing his apartment out so I can stay again.
