Let me offer you our newly reconstructed Deluxe 2 bedrooms and air-conditioned Apartment with the very city center of Prague right around the corner.
The apartment was recently restored and reconstructed to meet the high standard of our guests staying in. It has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a wardrobe for your clothes and a spacious living room with a sofa and a dining table. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all utensils/appliances you might need for your own cooking. Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc. are commonplace to ensure your stay is like at your own home. During warm summer the air conditioning in both bedrooms and also living room is a nice touch.
The bed linens/towels together with the WiFi internet in the whole apartment are included in the price.
In case there are more of you in the party, we have another apartment in the same building which sleeps 3 and another across the hallway which sleeps 4.
First time in Prague? To make your first stay smooth we would like to offer a transport from the airport/train station to take you to the apartment (the cost is 650 CZK/400 CZK per car per way) where I will personally meet you to show you the place and everything around and to answer all possible questions concerning your stay you might have.
The apartment is situated in the beautiful Andel area with its Novy Smichov 4-star department store a few minutes walk. There are all shops you might be looking for with the great cinema to spend a romantic evening in while watching the newest movie on. There are also plenty of restaurants around the apartment to choose from and banks with other civic amenities nearby. Whether you love Mexican food, or prefer Italian pasta, or would love to taste typically Czech dishes I am sure you will find a place to stay for your dinner and you will not need to walk far.
The Old Town area and Wenceslav Square are reachable either by nice stroll around the Vltava river (around 40 minutes) or by underground which is just 14 minutes long way - a few stops.
Just a minute walk there is a tram which take you to the outstanding Prague castle in 10 minutes. There is also a subway right next to the tram station.

Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
