This apartment is located near the famous Vltava River and Andel, one of the favourite Prague neighbourhoods. You will find here many Czech restaurants and pubs where you can try traditional cuisine and the famous Czech lager. There are also many trendy international cafes serving delicious coffee and breakfast. Shopping here is great too as there is a huge selection of various shops and a few market stalls.
The apartment's building used to be owned by keepers of a restaurant which was part of the famous Czech brewery which is literally across the road. It is an old building on a busy road, however, the apartment is on the other side of the building with all windows and terrace situated into a quiet courtyard with lots of greenery.
The apartment is on the second floor with a total area of 60 m2. You will find here a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with one sofa bed which sleeps two, a TV, a washing machine and more. Couples, as well as families or groups of friends, are welcome.
Tram and metro stop Andel, which are an only 5-minute walk away, will take you directly to the city centre to sights, more shops, and restaurants. Vltava river is only a very short walk away from the apartment. You can enjoy a nice walk along the Vltava river and within 20 minutes you can reach the beautiful Kampa Park and Charles Bridge. Be prepared to be impressed.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
