Beautiful and very quiet apartment in the broader part of Vinohrady is after a complete expensive reconstruction with a generous kitchen made of solid wood made to measure, all appliances new.
2 bedrooms - one large with a King-sized bed, a working corner and TV, the other with a beautiful balcony to the quiet courtyard. Balcony 5m2 on the south side. Luxury bathroom with a large shower. Separate toilet.
The apartment is located at the end of a quiet street, and all rooms have windows. Small house with only eight residential units. Suitable for an individual or a couple who prefers two bedrooms. 2 min walk by tram to Wenceslas Square and buses, 5 min walk to metro and shopping centre Flora with restaurants, bars and cinema. Park 5 min walk, markets 8 min walk, school, and kindergarten 3 min walk.

Nice flat with almost everything you need. We had to purchase some basic necessities such as scissors and a fan. Location is close to two tram stops which can basically get you anywhere in Prague. The front doorknob was broken and we had some issues with Flatio. I would rent this apartment again 100% but probably not through Flatio since I was not satisfied with their customer service. All and all we have a lovely 2 month stay.

I would like to take a moment to clarify your feedback. During your stay, you asked if an air conditioner is in the flat - which there is not one and it is not advertised in the flat description. If you would let me know that you are interested in having the fan, I would bring you one as it is stored in the cellar. The doorknob is not broken, it just needs to be closed properly - but thank you for bringing my attention to it.

Your negative feedback was on Flatio’s services, not my flat, and I am sorry to see lower rating as the rating of Flatio runs on different feedback form and it has nothing to do with the flat.

Everything you need is close. Good restaurants and beer gardens in walking distance. Not as many english speakers in this area versus the city center.

Eva's apartment is very clean, comfortable and updated with everything you need for a long stay in Prague. Eva was quick to respond before and during my stay and helped to ensure everything was ready for my arrival to Prague. She was also flexible with my arrival and departure meetings which were challenging due to flight schedules.

The location is very quiet and convenient to multiple transit options, shopping and restaurants. It's also a short walk from city center for those who prefer to explore Prague on foot.

Flora mall has lots of great shopping and dining options as well as Albert and Delmart groceries. Parukářka is just a short walk away and offers a lovely view over Zizkov as well as a nice cafe with beer. There's also a nice sauna at Hotel Olšanka if you're looking to relax.

Great flat for a small family. It's a quiet street close to different parks and restaurants.
Neighborhood
Close to Vinohrady, a very hip area. The place itself is in Zizkov but the part closer to Vinohrady so quite ok.
