Bright, quiet and spacious apartment in the heart of Prague - in the popular area "VINOHRADY" in walking distance to the Wenceslas Sq. -5min, Old Town - 10min., but in a quiet and safe street. The apartment is ideal for families or group of friend of 4 people.

The apartment is brand new and you will have anything you need for your stay - either a short term or even a long term - the apartment is fully equipped. There are 2 rooms, fully equipped kitchen /stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster/ wasching machine, ironing things, towels and sheets are provided as well.
Enjoy the sunset from the famous park "Riegrovy sady," lots of bistro´s, coffee shops, clubs and many more...
There is a supermarket open 24/7 right behind the corner, an amazing fresh market "Jiřák" only 1 stop by tram or 10min walking. The Wenceslas Square and the National Muzeum is 3min walking, the Old City 10min walking.

Ideal is to walk everywhere since everything is really close - but there is metro station Muzeum - A will take you to the Old Town and the Castle, lane C takes you to the ZOO.
Parking place in Spanelska street can be agreed with mrparkit.com for the surcharge.
Upon handing over the 2nd bundle of keys, a security deposit of € 200 / CZK 5,000 / is required against the document to cover any loss or destruction or exchange of keys. The deposit is then returned at the end of the rental period and the return of the same number of keys.

This was our second stay in Balbinova 27. It is a very spacious, well-equipped flat for an extended visit. We love the location, as is close to public transportation and even the main train station. Old Town and the river are within walking distance, as we love to walk. There is a beautiful park one block away.
The only problem we had during this visit was the renovation going on under and beside our apartment. There was very loud drilling and hammering from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM six days a week for several weeks! It certainly detracted from our overall experience. But, we realize the landlord has no control over that. But, it was very disturbing. We will definitely stay there again on future Prague visits.

The flat is very spacious and clean with high ceiling and many windows. Comfortable bed. Moderately equipped kitchen. No microwave or cutting board. Great location to public transportation, shopping, and a beautiful park. Only 2 bath towels provided (no hand towels). Owner never responded to our request for more. The check -out cleaning policy was vague, as we were told to leave the flat "in the same condition as we found it". That meant laundering sheets and towels, which is difficult to do with an an early morning flight! The vacuum cleaner was broken, so my husband fixed it so we could sweep. Overall loved the flat for our month-long stay, but owner was not responsive to needs/requests/questions.

Na to, že se být nachází v centru Prahy, tak je tam klid. Máte to max. 5 minut na procházku do Riegrových sadu a zároveň přibližně stejnou dobu na Václavské náměstí.
