S pronájmy teprve začínáme, ale v oblasti nemovitostí nejsme nováčci. Jsme čeští majitelé - fyzické osoby. Jsme flexibilní a ochotní kdykoliv s čímkoliv pomoci, bydlíme totiž do 5-ti minut od místa pronájmu. Mluvíme anglicky, německy a česky. Výhodou našich apartmánů je, že nejsou v klasickém činžovním domě s běžnými nájemníky nebo majiteli bytů. Celý objekt je určen k ubytování pro expaty nebo turisty. Vzhledem k poloze mimo úzké centrum máme většinou rodiny s dětmi a mladší cizince, ktěři nedělají nepořádek a ocení nejen parkování před domem, ale i krásnou zahradu.
