Flat for rent - Prague 1 - Vinohrady

Two bedroom apartment on the second floor, situated in one of Prague´s finest neighborhoods, part called Vinohrady. At the end of the street begins Folimanka park, where is also the large sports hall.
This sports hall will definitelly suits you, even the gold Olympic winner in judo Lukáš Krpálek trains there. The second direction will lead you to Havlíčkovy orchards, where stands in the middle, surrounded by vineyards, Villa Gröbe. Nearby you can also find Theatre Na Fidlovačce or Theatre Bez Hranic. Only a block away you can play paintball.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport. In 10 minutes you can easily reach the underground stop C (Vyšehrad), close to you will find the tram stop (6, 7, 11, 14, 18, 24, 53, 54, 56).

The modern one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of an tenement house. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed on the opposite wall stands the TV. You will surely use a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom illuminates a large window, under which stands a spacious double bed with night tables, a wardrobe with a mirror is in the hallway.
The dark kitchen with is very well equipped with an electric hob, oven or microwave. Do not worry about dirty dishes, you can simply put it in a dishwasher. The bright bathroom offers a large shower as well as a washing machine.

The appartement itself is great! It has everything you might need for a short or long term staying. I stayed here for 6 months. What I really liked that the location of the appartment was in a really good strategic place - not that far away from the city centre, at the same time not at the main street (less traffic noise), metro and tram stops near by. Also, a beatiful park and Vysehrad sightseeing place is near by :) What I didn't know before moving - that on the ground floor of the building there is a bar, but actually it didn't make any difficulties regarding noise, etc. To sum up, great place for a working individual or a couple :) Highly reccomended!

Pan Bohm je velmi ochotny a veskera komunikace probihala bez problemu. Pokazde kdyz jsme neco potrebovali, komunikace byla rychla a velmi vstricna. Byt je moc hezky a udrzovany. Nic v nem nechybi a na kratkodobe bydleni je naprosto idealni! Moc dekujeme!

I stayed in Adam's Apartment for 3 months with my wife and kid. The apartment is really nice and as it is in photos showed. It is located in a very calm and cool neighbourhood. Tram and metro stations, parks, groceries shops and restaurants are just 5 mins walk away. Some of the Prague's main attractions are at walking distance from the apartment. Adam has arranged everything before we come to Prague, he picked us from the bus station and well communicated with all the necessary information. It was our pleasure to stay in his apartment and he is really a nice host. We had a great time in his apartment. During the stay also he arranged everything we asked. He is always reachable for any help required in Prague. If given chance we would love to stay again in his apartment next time as well.
