Welcome to my wonderful & quiet apartment! In historical building in backstreet of the city center, without any car traffic to bother you!
The apartment is clean and prepared for any travelers’ needs. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment, and metro station Karlovo Náměstí is only 3 mins away by foot!
There many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around. If you come by car, ask me about availabilty of parking in a courtyard - 20€/day. And yes, we have Wi-Fi internet ;)
Our newly furnished apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the historical building which is cultural heritage and used to be monastery.
We run a small coffee shop in the building called Kafe Kaple open 11AM-10PM, where we personally welcome you during check-in and recommend you some interesting places in Prague. You can also have a cold Czech beer, good coffee, tasty wine or non-alcoholic drinks.
Street is very quiet without any traffic, so that nothing could disturb you in the night. There is no elevator, but it is just few stairs higher to the apartment.
DISPOSITION and EQUIPMENT -
Apartment consists of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom features comfortable queen bed (180 cm wide), one single bed, flat screen TV: 40” HD LED Phillips, with HDMI connection.
The kitchen features glass ceramic cooking plate and oven/microwave as well as the refrigerator. It is stocked with all cook and glassware you may need and electric kettle.
High speed WiFi is of course there.
Also there for your free use: several kinds of tea, coffee, sugar, salt&pepper, cotton and paper towels.
Space in the entrance area is available for storing your luggage. Flat also contains iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc.
Other essentials include: hair dryer, all the linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, umbrella.
Our street is very central and everything is just walking distance. If you travel by public transport, metro and tram station Karlovo Náměstí is just around the corner. There is a Mosaic House in the street. They have a great restaurant LaLoca and also a nice dance club in the evening. Just around the corner is my favorite Thai restaurant - Lemon Leaf, totally recommend. Just 2 minutes walk is big grocery story Albert with all kind of food. In the neighbors street is laundry shop, where you can wash all your clothes for reasonable price.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
