The flat has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and an entrance area. The flat is
equipped with everything you need for daily life. I was there during the winter
months and there were no problems with the hot water or heating and it was
always warm enough.
There is a gas cooker in the kitchen, which was perfect for preparing meals. The
dishwasher also made everyday life easier. The fridge was very large and had
large freezer compartments. In general, the kitchen is well equipped. The
bedrooms are very spacious and offer a lot of privacy. There was even a robot
vacuum cleaner in the flat, which saved a lot of housework. The flat is a bit older,
so some of the furnishings are a bit worn. However, the rent is not that high,
even though the flat is in a top location. So if you don't have too high
expectations, you will quickly settle in and feel at home.
Fortunately, the apartment building has a lift, so you don't have to carry your
shopping up the stairs. The owner of the flat is a nice guy and will help you if you
have a problem. Sometimes it can take a while before he has time, but you just
have to bear in mind that he also has a job and a private life and can't do
everything in a short space of time. If you are co-operative and stick to what has
been agreed, then the landlord will also make sure that your stay is a pleasant
one.
Neighborhood
The flat is very centrally located. You can reach many destinations on foot.
However, this is not necessary as the flat has excellent public transport
connections. The underground station, trams, buses and a Flixbus stop are all
very close to the flat and from there you can reach the whole city very quickly. In
general, everything you need is in the immediate vicinity of the flat. The
immediate neighbours are all nice and there have never been any problems.
Recommended places nearby
There are many places in the immediate vicinity that are worth a visit. For
example, the flat is very close to the Vltava River. There is a pedestrian and cycle
path along the Vltava, which is perfect for walking or jogging. A little to the west
of the flat is a neighbourhood where there are many very good restaurants.
There is also a large shopping centre nearby.

The flat is in a good location and fair for the price. The issues with renting here is the lanlord, Michal Jaros. He made us wait for 4 hours after our agreed upon move in time to move into the flat. The flat was dirty with food left in the cupboards. At first he was nice and helpful, but as time went on he started to not show up when problems occurred, such as the heating not working and loss of hot water. He got quite rude with us when we asked him to stop canceling to come. Towards the end of our stay (last 2 months) he started to show up at random times unannounced. These are only a few of the issues Michal has caused. After he checked the flat and told us all was ok the last day, he accused us of damages we did not cause and demanded an absurd amount of money. His messages were quite rude and harassing. Luckily the Flatio legal team supported us in this issue. Overall the flat is ok, but Michal makes this place a flat we cannot recommend.

From the beginning, michal was talking to me with an aggressive attitude and demanding that i pay him 2000czk as a deposit incase I leave the house dirty, which I didn't agree to and it upset him. Then when I pointed out that the bathroom sink's drain is clogged up over text he started sending extremely rude texts and calling me a problematic person. We then agreed that we would meet face to face to solve those issues and even though we agreed on a timing he didn't show up and cancelled after I have waited for him for an hour. The last straw is when he showed up to the apartment at 9pm with only 5mins notice and I didn't agree to and his excuse was to take a pic of the coffee machine. After that I left the apartment the next day because I felt unsafe. I only stayed there 3 days and he said that he would refund the money except the 3 days however he didn't and only refunded around a week from my 18day stay.

Michal is a very good and helpful landlord. I told him I need an iron and some towels and he supplied them at the same day even they were not stated in house properties. He was also communicative and helpful in other things. Only drawback was house was a little dusty (not dirty). It was probably cleaned a few days ago and then left like that.

Flat is at a very central location. Tram and yellow metro is very close. Also lots of cafes, restaurants and tourist points in walking distance.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the city center close to the old town and the public transport is not far away. The river and small parks are close as well.
It is the perfect place for a weekend in Prague or for a longer stay

Neighborhood
It’s in the center of Prague so be aware of a lot of people and noise. On the upside a lot of things are within waking distance and there is no shortage of restaurants and shops.

The Kasárna in Karlín which is within 10 minutes on foot is wonderful. But just go explore!

We stayed here for 3 months and really liked it. The location and neighbourhood is perfect, 15 minute walk to the old town square, a lot of great restaurants, supermarkets in walking distance.
The flat was really comfortable and even bigger than it looked on the pictures.
Most important of all, Michal is a great host, very nice and very helpful with everything!
