This spacious 125-square meter (1,350 square feet) apartment was completely renovated in 2017, featuring stylish contemporary furniture, and comes fully stocked with all your holiday essentials including wine, yoga mats and guitar.
There are two comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms (one with a bathtub and a second with shower), a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a pantry stocked with coffee/tea and cooking essentials, and a large living room with a corner office. You can also watch TV with Netflix if you ever get tired of walking around Prague. Original walls of the building are 450 years old, but because we all enjoy the comforts of the 21st century, the apartment is filled with brand-new appliances and modern amenities for your every need. Dryer and washing machine are included on-site, and you’ll stay comfortable with modern heating fixtures in the winter and electric fans for warmer days.

PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
-Please note that there is strict No Shoe Policy inside the apartment to protect the historic wooden floor and no moving furniture or dragging stuff around for the same reason
-An inventory of all items in the apartment and their condition is checked following the departure of every guest. If items are recorded as missing or damaged following your stay, the booking guest will be held responsible and the replacement or repair cost will be taken from the deposit or via other possible claims made via the booking channel.
Please share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00 until 21.00. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee, the price for the group:

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
