This is a perfect location for your stay in Prague! The flat is located in near the famous Vltava River in Smichov, one of the best Prague neighbourhoods. You will find great Czech restaurants and pubs where you can taste traditional Czech beer and food. There are also many trendy international cafes for coffee and breakfast. You will really feel like a local here! You can enjoy a nice walk down the Vltava riverbank to reach Kampa Park and the Charles Bridge.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a historical building. There is a brand new lift first for easy access. You will find the traditional Prague style architecture with large doors and historical finishes in the building. The apartment does not have its own parking space but it is possible and easy to park the car in the street (fee may apply) or at the Andel Shopping Centre.
You can also walk 2 minutes to the tram station at Zborovska or 5 minutes to the Andel metro stop which takes you directly to the city centre, Wenceslas and Old Town.
The apartment has also been renovated recently and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven and everything needed for cooking. The living room has a dining table and flat-screen SMART TV. The bedroom has a double-sized bed.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
