Our cosy and spacious apartment is located in Cedofeita, one of the most central and enjoyable areas of Porto, with plenty of trendy cafés, restaurants, co-working spaces, and shops you can reach by foot in a couple of minutes. The flat is perfect if you want to discover the most authentic and traditional side of the city, as well as the most contemporary and fashionable places. It is also ideal if you want to work thanks to hi-speed Wi-Fi Internet and a table/desk.
Close to cultural and shopping areas, it is well served by public transport and has a free parking space if you come by car.
Our flat is on the 3rd floor in a building with two lifts. It is bright and spacious (about 50 square meters) and is fully-equipped with all amenities for a short or long stay.
A free underground parking space with direct access by lift is available to our guests.
Our flat can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. It features one double-bed, one bathroom with shower, a fully-equipped kitchen and a cosy living/dining/working area with a comfortable sofa-bed. Large windows in the living room and bedroom overlook quiet inner gardens.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
