"the 96.1" apartament has a dimension of 43 m2 with one bedroom that offers a confortable king size bed (2.00m x 1.60m). The living room offers a confortable sofa-bed for two persons. If one of the guest is a baby, we can provide a baby cot (just inform that you need one! Subject to availability and with a cost of 5€/per night).
The kitchen is fully equipped with culinary utensils and all kinds of equipment, including stove with 2 ceramic points, hooven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, teapot and a kettle.
In the living room we invite you to enjoy a high-speed wi-fi internet and the cable TV with almost 60 channels.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
