THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
This property is located in the west of Madeira Island, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, municipality of Calheta. Being in a more secluded area, you will not find any kind of commerce in the vicinity of the property.
Forty minutes by car are Porto Moniz's famous swimming pools. Nearby you can visit the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse, which is an 8-minute drive away.
In Prazeres area, you can find a market and restaurants.
In the municipality of Calheta, you can visit the museum installed in the 'Casa das Mudas' or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the center of the village. There you will find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
