We've recently remodeled our apartment with high ceilings (3.1 m) and hardwood floors that's located in a quiet part of the popular Karlin district. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floors historic house that's right in between 2 parks. You will be the first tenant after an extensive renovation and you will take advantage of brand new appliances, custom-made kitchen and furniture. Parking is available right in front of the house.

The apartment (87 m2) consists of:

Karlin is a highly sought after vibrant neighborhood in between the Vítkov Hill Park and Vltava river, with full amenities in the area and very quick connections to the city center, just steps from a tram stop (3 min) and the Křižíkova (Line B) and Florenc (Lines B &C) metro stations (5 min). Local amenities include lots of green spaces, quality restaurants, trendy bistros, cafes, and cultural venues incl. the multipurpose Forum Karlín cultural venue.

We are a Czechoslovak couple and currently live abroad. Therefore we strongly prefer long-term tenants. The apartment has never been rented on Airbnb and and sublets are possible only with our prior approval (but no airbnb, only friends or co-renters). Smoking is prohibited.

The apartment is perfect for 2 professionals or a couple with a small kid.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
