The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floors historic house that's right in between 2 parks. You will be the first tenant after an extensive renovation and you will take advantage of brand new appliances, custom-made kitchen and furniture. Parking is available right in front of the house.

Local amenities include lots of green spaces, quality restaurants, trendy bistros, cafes, and cultural venues incl. the multipurpose Forum Karlín cultural venue.
We are a Czechoslovak couple and currently live abroad. Therefore we strongly prefer long-term tenants. The apartment has never been rented on Airbnb and and sublets are possible only with our prior approval (but no airbnb, only friends or co-renters). Smoking is prohibited.
The apartment is perfect for 2 professionals or a couple with a small kid.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
