Flat for rent - Oviedo

Our spacious 70m2 apartment has 2 double bedrooms, and a small bonus room with a single bed which can serve as a third bedroom if needed. The master bedroom contains a large queen-sized double bed (160x200cm) and has an amazing view out over the surrounding countryside and the mountains in the distance. The morning sun really streams into this bedroom and it's lovely to wake up to, but there are also inbuilt roller blinds on the outside of the window which keep the room perfectly dark until you're ready to get woken by that sun! The second bedroom contains 2 single beds (80x190cm) which can be pushed together to make a double bed, and also has roller blinds on the windows. Both bedrooms contain large wardrobes and desk areas. The small bonus bedroom is on the interior of the apartment (no window to outside) and does not have a wardrobe, which is why I don't list it as a third bedroom.

The apartment is very quiet - with the view out onto the mountains you almost feel like you're out in the country, belying the fact that just across the road you are right in the heart of the old town - you're also just enough away from the noisy central city bars and restaurants to get a good nights sleep!

The open plan kitchen and lounge area opens up onto the cute and comfortable terrace area - there's seating for up to 4 people both out on the terrace as well as around the kitchen island. There's one bathroom and a little laundry room with washing machine and iron. No drier but there's a washingline outside the window. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains an oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and electric cook top. Please note there is no microwave.

There's free wifi and the TV is a 50" smart TV with access to internet; Netflix, youtube. For winter guests the apartment is cosy and snug with central heating controlled by a thermostat inside the apartment so you can control the desired temperature easily.

The building does not have an elevator, so please be aware that the apartment is on the third floor (which is 3 & 1/2 floors up from the entry area because of the way the building is built into the hill, the building entrance comes in between floors). However the stairs are wide and shallow, and therefore relatively easy to climb.

PARKING: We have a parking space available for €60 per month, located a 3 minute walk away from the apartment.

Can I see the flat personally before signing?

Why would you waste time on personal apartment tours? Just use our virtual tour, which allows you to visit several flats in a just a few minutes, and you don't even have to leave your house.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancellation policy).
