This apartment has been renovated with a very exciting new look, including bare, industrial brick walls paired with eclectic decor and deep blue walls. You’ll feel both cosy and trendy in this space. The living room area is equipped with a flatscreen TV, large L-shaped sofa, rugs, and ample lighting options. There is a dining area directly behind the living room area that accommodates four people, while being directly adjacent to the kitchen, giving you seamless access to a variety of dining and relaxing options throughout the day. There are two bedrooms, each beautifully renovated to be equal parts trendy and inviting, while offering two double-beds that allow 4 guests to stay in the home. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a stunning tiled design and both showering and bathing facilities. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The ceiling height windows make the apartment flooded with natural light and offer amazing views. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times ,you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Set in the heart of St Katherine’s & Wapping, this home is right on the water of the Thames, offering stunning 13th floor views of the city. There is easy access to central and other parts of the city via the Overground lines, as well as several green spots including Wapping Wood and Wapping Rose gardens. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the local area that will offer ample varieties of different foods to try from all over the world. And if you want something more iconically British, Hackney’s famous Fish & Chip shops are only a tube ride away.
You’re a 10 minute walk from Tower Hills station, which offers District Line access to central London every 3 minutes. You can also take the Overground via Wapping to travel North and South extremely quickly if you want to explore far-off stretches of the city.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment tidy and perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
