Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* These contemporary one-bedroom studio flats can comfortably sleep 2 people each with a maximum of 3 guests in 2 studio apartments, totalling 8 guests across the 3 flats. They have been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings and a stylish interior. There is a bright open plan living and a fully equipped kitchen in all three studio flats. There is one double bedroom with storage, and a sofa bed in the living room of each apartment.
These flats have been recently redecorated in a classic, modern style and each benefits from new furniture and interiors. All the beds have luxurious Eve mattresses and each bed can sleep two guests, as well as a sofa bed in each apartment that can comfortably sleep another guest. In each flat, the living room, which sits connected to the kitchen and dining area has also a TV and it can comfortably accommodate guests. In all 3 flats, the kitchen comes fully equipped and ready to be used. The homes all have high-speed WiFi and plenty of space to get work done should you need it. The flats are located in the same building, and you will have direct access to each flat individually.
You’ll have access to the homes at all times. Because the homes come with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

These beautiful studio apartments are situated right in the heart of Mayfair - an unbeatable location nestled between New Bond Street and Savile Row. Located right next to St George's Church, you’re just moments from the crème de la crème of London’s shopping, galleries, entertainment and restaurants with Regent St, Piccadilly Circus, and Soho just moments away. The area is truly enviable and is the perfect base to explore the best that London has to offer.
London is closely connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the properties are in a very pedestrian friendly area. They are well connected to public transport and main roads.
These homes are located right in the middle of the city, so they are perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. These homes require guests to use stairs to access them and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. These homes are right in the centre of the city and while they are safely away from traffic, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. These homes are not equipped with a washer/dryer but Laundrapp, Zipjet and other laundry services are available. There are nearby launderettes and dry cleaners as well. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. While three guests can sleep in each flat, these are still moderately sized 1-bedroom flats so they may be a bit of a squeeze. There's room to sleep and eat, but groups of three or more will probably prefer to eat out and spend their time exploring.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
