These inviting homes have been beautifully redecorated with modern interiors and offer plenty of light throughout. These two homes offer a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms come with a queen size bed and two double beds, with each room comfortably sleeping 2 guests.The large kitchens are fully equipped and ready to be used, offering a great space for communal cooking and gathering. All the homes come with comfortable dining tables adjacent to the kitchens and their own breakfast bars. The living rooms feature comfortable sofas and armchairs, ideal to relax after a long day exploring London with a book or by watching movies on the big flat screen TVs. The two apartments both offer high-speed WiFi and office desk spaces to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The apartments are located on the same building and they are also available separately according to guests request and rooms necessity.
You’ll have access to the homes at all times. Because the homes come with key boxes, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Right in the heart of London only moments away from Paddington Station, Edgware Road Station and in between two beautiful London parks, these homes are the perfect location for couples or solo adventurers. Both Hyde Park and Regent's park are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars nearby in Marylebone with Mayfair, Soho and the canals of Little Venice close by. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
Given the location of the homes, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
The homes can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guides have a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you need help locating it. These homes require guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The homes are spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
