It comes with modern furniture and appliances and it’s walking distance from 2 different tube stations. The home features a spacious garden, ideal to relax after a long day exploring London. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

This lovely apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. It’s located in the conservatory room and it’s flooded with natural light. It also directly opens up to the back garden. The living room comes with a sofa, armchairs and a dining table, seating comfortably all guests. The bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed sleeping 2 guests and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is clean and neat and features a bathtub. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

This home is located in the heart of Fulham, right in between West Brompton and Fulham Broadway. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods - the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to West Brompton and Fulham Broadway tube stations on the District line and it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach. West Brompton also offers overground and train connections. Earl’s Court station is a short walk away as well. For football lovers, it’s also located close by to Stamford Bridge stadium and Craven Cottage stadium.

Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the daily tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in. Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
