We like to eat in the Solar do Embaixador at the beginning of the street because the prices are good and the food is traditionally Portuguese. Within walking distance there is the famous Pastéis de Belém, and a huge selection of restaurants and sights

Important: the stairs to the attic are really! steep and narrow. Please be careful at all times when using them.
In the cooler months, the house can be cold because there are only electric radiators.
Fit yourself into the neighborhood ...: Please note the residential character of this area: Most of the people have to get up early the next morning and go to work! Don't forget, the parties are just a good walk away or a cheap, short taxi ride away. :-)
