Living / Dining Room: The living room has a Flat-Screen TV and a sofa-bed (with sleeping couch for an extra guest, a child for example), and the dining room has a big dining table with space for 6.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It has also a dining table
Terrace: The terrace has a table and 3 chairs where you can relax and enjoy your meals outside
The Internet service (satellite) has a speed of 40 Mbps and the TV has a box offering more than 100 channels.
The building and the apartment was recently renovated. The apartment is in the 1st floor, with no elevator.
Alfama is one of the oldest and historic neighborhoods of Lisbon, very lively and cosmopolitan area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars and supermarket. It´s very central: 2 minutes walking to Santa Apolónia station, where is the METRO station, train station and plenty of other public transports and at walking distance to Baixa .
Rental includes: - home linen (sheets, duvet and towels); - electricity, water and gas consumption costs (in a sustainable way); - Wi-Fi and TV channels and cleaning and changing linen each 15 days.
Cot and high chair are available free of charge, please ask before the check-in.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
