Living / Dining Room: The living room has a Flat-Screen TV and a sofa-bed (with sleeping couch for an extra guest, a child for example), and the dining room has a big dining table with space for 8.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It has also a dining table
Terrace: The terrace has a dining table where you can relax and enjoy your meals outside
The Internet service (satellite) has a speed of 40 Mbps and the TV has a box offering more than 100 channels.
The building and the apartment was recently renovated. The apartment is in the 2nd floor, with no elevator.
Alfama is one of the oldest and historic neighborhoods of Lisbon, very lively and cosmopolitan area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars and supermarket. It´s very central: 2 minutes walking to Santa Apolónia station, where is the METRO station, train station and plenty of other public transports and at walking distance to Baixa .
Rental includes: - home linen (sheets, duvet and towels); - electricity, water and gas consumption costs (with a limit of 100 euros); - Wi-Fi and TV channels and cleaning and changing linen each 15 days.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
